- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The pharmacy cheated me of 5 12 mcg fentanyl pain patches at one visit, promised everything to be filled on a Wed, didn't know who I was the following Sat. Called and they found half of my script, again. I believe this Walmart pharmacy steals pain medication from it's patients and uses it on themselves. If you are in dangerous pain, DO NOT GO HERE!
